Our proprietary Headstone Protection System is a multi-layer coating applied to every memorial we produce. It seals the granite surface, protects photo imagery from UV degradation, and shields lettering and gilding from weathering.
We jet washed a finished headstone with a commercial pressure washer on camera to demonstrate the system's durability. The imagery, lettering, and gilding remained completely intact. You can see this demonstration on our website.
No. The protection system is completely clear and does not affect the appearance, colour, or finish of the granite or any imagery or lettering.
Our protection system is designed for long-term durability without annual maintenance. In most cases, no reapplication is needed for many years.
Yes. If you have an existing headstone that we have produced or upgraded with photo imagery, the protection system can be applied or refreshed as part of a service visit.
