Headstone Cleaning & Maintenance
How to care for a granite headstone.
Use clean water and a soft brush or cloth. For stubborn staining, a mild non-ionic soap solution can be used. Never use bleach, vinegar, or abrasive tools.
Most granite headstones benefit from a gentle clean once or twice per year.
Our headstones are treated with our Headstone Protection System which has been jet wash tested. However, we recommend gentle cleaning with water and a soft brush for routine maintenance.
